We charge for our surveys and reports, because we are free lance surveyor and that is all we do. This means that you get accurate advice and as we do not have a financial gain with your inspection. Our fees start from £90 depends on requirement. The fee includes the survey, diagnosis of problems found remedial advice estimated costs and a written report unless otherwise stated.

 

We do not carry out the works. Our objective is to inspect, diagnose and provide an assessment of problems reported by others or, to inspect for pre-sale purposes to determine if any problems exist.

 

Contents of our Report:

 

Our surveys include site observations, indicating source of moisture ingress, a CAD drawing. We commonly include photographic evidence within our reports. The survey report will include recommendations, and specifications. We will happily recommend local trade's people and PCA Contractors who will be able to carry out works for you.

Please note that all fees must be paid at time of survey and must be cleared funds before reports are issued. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, or online bank transfer. All the above fees with exception of the hourly rate include a full report service. All fees are dependent on access arrangements, parking, travelling time and property size and extent of instruction.
